Frequently Asked Questions

Got a question? Find our FAQs here. If your question hasn’t been answered,  email us at reservations@warrenandannabelles.com, use our contact form or give us a call at (808) 667-6244 Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Are reservations required or can we just walk up?

Yes, reservations are required. We sell out nightly, so be sure to make your reservation well in advance.

What is the age requirement to attend?

Guests must be 21 and older. Maui County Liquor laws are strict and therefore, we remain a venue for guests 21 and older. This would include infants, toddlers, and teenagers even if they don’t dine. All guests are required to present a valid, government photo ID at check-in.

What are the parking directions?

The most convenient place to park is in The Outlets of Maui parking lot, located right behind us on Papalaua Street, and parking there is free.
Take Hwy 30 to Lahaina and turn west towards the ocean onto Papalaua Street (traffic light).  The entrance to The Outlets of Maui parking lot is 1 ½ blocks on the right.

Where are you located inside Outlets of Maui?

Warren & Annabelle’s front door is on Front Street and faces the ocean and seawall. Walk through the shopping center towards the ocean and onto Front Street. Turn right and look for our sign and red carpet out front.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

To receive a refund or requesting to reschedule, we require:
Full 24-hour notice for parties of 1 to 9 guests
Full 72-hour notice for parties of 10-19 guests
Parties greater than 19 guests, please refer to your Group Events Contract and contact our group events coordinator at (808) 667-6244 or email reservations@warrenandannabelles.com.

Is seating reserved?

There is no reserved seating. Our intimate Theater seats just 78 guests and once we call “show time” our servers become ushers and our General Manager facilitates an organized seating process in the Theater.

Can I reserve or request the “hot seats” down front where the magicians perform?

Volunteers are seated at the performers’ table. Guests may request to be volunteers directly by speaking to the General Manager once inside Annabelle’s Parlor.

What is the proper attire for the evening?

Dress as if you are going to a nice restaurant on the island. We do keep the air conditioning quite chilly, especially in the Theater, so please keep that in mind when deciding what to wear. We definitely recommend bringing a jacket or sweater!
Men: Collared shirts like a golf shirt or an Aloha shirt, with nice shorts or pants.
Women: Most of our female guests prefer to wear layers given the chilly a/c, therefore, we don’t recommend shorts or sundresses.  Long pants or maxi dresses with sweaters or jackets work well!

Why is the Theater so cold?

Many people are experiencing jet lag when they attend our show and if the Theater temperature is too comfortable, especially after enjoying food and drink in the Parlor, many guests become drowsy during the show!  Cooler temperatures combat jet lag and make for a more lively and fun audience.

Why are there two performers listed for the same date on the Who’s on Stage page on your website?

Each show typically has two performers and you will see both! The first performer is a close-up, sleight-of-hand magician and the second performer is a comedy magician. We plan on keeping you amazed and laughing!

What time is check-in?

If you purchased an Admission ticket, you will be receiving an email from our office to coordinate the best check-in time for you based on your dining plans. Feel free to call us anytime to discuss dining plans at (808) 667-6244 or email reservations@warrenandannabelles.com.
If you purchased the Royal Flush Package ticket, your check-in time is the same as stated in your confirmation email.

How long is the evening?

If you dine with us in Annabelle’s Parlor prior to the show, the entire experience lasts about 3 1/2 hours. Dining can be either a la carte from the menu with an Admission ticket, or added as an upgrade for our Royal Flush Package .
Feel free to call our reservations department for more details at (808) 667-6244.

What time does the show in the Theater end?

The first show ends at approximately 8:45 pm while the second show ends at approximately 11:00 pm
